Sostituzione di parti di container a Maiorca

Nel 2022 siamo stati contattati da Planet Space e siamo andati a trovarli a Maiorca per discutere delle loro preoccupazioni riguardo al parco container esistente. I contenitori erano pieni di ruggine. Ne è seguito un progetto interessante e a volte difficile, ma che si è concluso bene. Lo scorso novembre, in questa splendida isola al sole, non abbiamo costruito un nuovo parco per Planet Space, ma abbiamo sostituito i tetti e le porte dei container esistenti.

The cause

The main reason Planet Space contacted us was the high degree of rusting on and around the roofs. There have been previous attempts to repair this, but the rust still stood its ground. After reviewing the 2022 damages and consulting with the USA, we decided to take action ourselves. The cause can never be fully determined because it is a confluence of circumstances. In my opinion, the biggest reason is a combination of an early and anomalous container delivery that took place before the existence of USC Europe, along with the fact that this park is less than 300 meters from the sea. So this also creates a salty smell, which brings a lot of rust.

Parts Replacement

USC made sure that all the roofs and doors could be replaced for Planet Space, making the park look like new again. With this, we not only solved the problem, but also changed the material of the roof to aluminum to avoid this problem in the future. This required not only the materials, but also our construction team. I am proud to be part of a company that is so very focused on long-term relationships, and maintaining them.
